Our name reflects our love for Lassen Volcanic National Park, which sits just east of us, our family's, "happy place".

Executive Pastry Chef, Lindsay Duckett completed her degree in culinary arts from Oregon Coast Culinary Institute.
Lindsay worked at The Breakers Palm Beach, a renowned luxury hotel in Florida, and is a graduate of Foothill High School in Palo Cedro, California.
We offer a wide variety of fine pastries, including tarts, profiteroles (French cream puffs) specialty cakes, muffins, cookies and savory focaccia. We also make amazing pastries that are made without gluten!
All of our products are of the highest quality. We are passionate about using non-GMO ingredients and we never use industrial seed oils.
