About the Chef
Executive Pastry Chef, Lindsay Duckett is a graduate of Foothill High School in Palo Cedro, California.
After completing her degree in culinary arts from Oregon Coast Culinary Institute, Lindsay worked at the Breakers, a renowned luxury hotel in Palm Beach, Florida.

Our shop is a perfect place to relax and enjoy an artisan-made pastry with a cup of tea or coffee.
Our name reflects our love for Lassen Volcanic National Park, which sits just east of us, our family's, "happy place".

We offer a wide variety of fine pastries, including tarts, profiteroles (French cream puffs) specialty cakes, muffins, cookies and savory focaccia. We also make amazing pastries that are made without gluten!
Our salads and sandwiches are exceptional.
All of our products are of the highest quality. We are passionate about using non-GMO ingredients and we never use industrial seed oils.
